Excellent food, we enjoyed Blizzard and Fries.Food service is very quick we got our ordered food within faction of time.Atmosphere is very nice, even cleaning on tables & floors are done properly. The server who working in the shift talking gently with the fans.Vegetarian options: Onion rings, Fries , Blizzard, Milk shakes, Ice creams, ConesDietary restrictions: We are vegetarian still we got the options, like Fries, Onion ring, Blizzards, Shakes, Coffee, Dipped Cone & different varieties in ice-creams with sauces.Parking: There is a plenty of parking space.Kid-friendliness: Provision of high chairs for kids. and even Various kids meals options are available in Menu board.Wheelchair accessibility: Due to lots of space Wheelchair is easily enter in to the dine area

I have been here at least 4 times in a year. Every time I visit, something different is out of order, like the entrance door and the washroom facilities. I don't think the owner cares about the building. So if you don't care that the building is falling apart, the food is OK.

Stopped in for a quick bite, on the way home from the US. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The food was made to order and hot and fresh. Looking forward to going there again.

I really enjoy eating blizzard here...The smarties and hot cocoa oreo are my favorite ones. The crew working here are also generous and provide helpful suggestions or inform us on the new arrival of the product. I also like poutine and onion rings... Their fries are world best I really like the crispiness of it...Vegetarian options: Onion rings, poutine, blizzard, slush, moo latte and fries.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and nuts free options.

I’ve lived in claresholm for many years and have come here very often because I thought it was a good fast food restaurant but sadly over the last 2 years I’ve had to stop coming here as much because the service has been mediocre at best most. Most of the time I go there I ask for a very simple meal and they almost always mess my order up. Constantly giving me different burgers than what I asked or just leave things out all together. The same goes for the ice cream. They never seem happy and won’t even smile at you. As well as never politely asking if it’s debit or credit instead they silently hand you the debt machine. If the building is empty and there is no one else there I would hope you can make my order right in a timely manner. I’ve been to lots of Dairy Queens in the province of Alberta and this one is the only one that’s makes me uncomfortable with the service. It’s sad to see because I have always thought highly about this Dairy Queen. Hopefully there can be massive improvements to the services you provide for you customers in the future thank you for your time. Ps the food does taste really delicious though.

Ordered online and checked into drive thru behind another car. I waited as one should.Then I listened to the two teenage girls working behind the counter, finish, telling each other story about getting something out of the basement that was scary before they even started preparing my order. People have the right to talk and finish the conversation, but in eight minutes story wasn’t necessary, although your bright green fingernails are fabulous
