Picked up their mild beef sausage from Sobeys and it was excellent! Will definitely go back for more and so glad it's in a collagen casing as I don't eat pork and I confirmed it's bovine.

Good selection and great breakfast
I discovered your sausages at the Sobeys here in Airdrie a few months back. Since then, I’ve tried every variety they stock and am so very pleased with your products! I’ve had the chicken and apple, beef, garlic and breakfast links. Top quality!!! I hope you continue to supply Sobeys here for a very long time. Sign me, One very happy customer!

Couldn't tell me where their muscles were from no way of knowing , this is not how shellfish is sold properly. Didn't even know if they are from PEI or Manilla. Actually she didn't really know much about any of her products. This is why not everyone is a good business owner .
Every flavour of sausage that we have tried is fantastic. They're also reasonably priced and conveniently pre-sealed and frozen. I'm gladthat they're carried by Safeway and Sobeys, but the sausage is good enough to justify the one-hour drive if that was the only option.

Phil and Chantal make the best sausages on the planet as far as I am concerned. Top quality cuts of locally sourced meats, friendly service, and amazing value as well. Well worth the drive from Calgary.
