I'm someone that comes 5 days a week for coffees. Usually, it's great but once in a while on Sundays, the coffee tastes absolutely atrocious. To give you an idea, it tastes like either the cream is expired, the machine wasn't cleaned, the coffee is old or they're reusing the coffee filters - I don't know but it's not drinkable.

Old lady christina working here is soo rude and unprofessional.she dont know how to speak nicely.
I'm honestly so disappointed with the service I received at the drive-thru on August 2nd, just before 11PM (their closing time). I had high expectations after visiting this same Tim Hortons earlier in the morning and getting excellent service — polite staff, quick service, and everything exactly as ordered. But my experience later that night, on my way back from Waterton to Calgary, was a complete letdown. The woman at the window was rude, dismissive, and clearly not interested in doing her job properly. She didn’t listen to a word I said, rushed the order, and not a single item was made correctly. Not one.
It’s honestly upsetting to be treated like your presence is a burden when all you're doing is placing an order. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. This location has potential — I experienced it earlier in the day — but the night staff completely ruined that impression. Deeply disappointing.
