One of the cleanest Tim Hortons I have seen. the Washrooms are very clean and all the staff are very friendly. kudos to the team here for running such an amazing Tim Hortons.

Stopped for a break to use restroom and purchase food and coffee. Restroom was great. Service at counter was not. Stood at counter with wallet and credit card in hand watching 6 employees rush around serving drive through customers. They avoided eye contact, said not one word to me for over 5 minutes. I said “ Goodbye” before leaving without making a purchase. This establishment should be considered a drive through with adjoining restroom facilities.

The walls of this establishment need washing its visibly dirty. The bathrooms were very nasty. And it wasn't new dirt. The staff only smiled and seemed happy when they saw their regular customer.

I ordered a baileys cream coffee and it was clearly a regular coffee. My brother ordered a decaf but he go regular coffee as well. He has been working in the coffee industry for 3 years and he can tell the difference between coffees.

The bathroom had no towels to dry your hands. The air dryer did not work. The sink was dirty. When I informed staff, no one went into that bathroom for the duration of eating my lunch. The Chilli was very good.
