The ladies are excellent, take order promptly, and always cheery. The place is beautifully decorated with both period pieces to bring out the rich history of the building, while also having modern features to create a clean and modern dining experience. The menu is small but has options for most. Just let the server know of any dietary needs ahead of time. As for the food, we have been there 3x now. They are new and still working out the kinks, but we have had 2 cold meals...
We just had to have lunch at the fire bar and we were not disappointed with anything, beautiful clean and friendly place, food was delicious, staff are happy and friendly, busy place , we recommend you give it a try.
Prairie Fire provided a delicious meal for my hungry staff and everyone was impressed with the pizzas, lasagne, wings and ceasar salad. Everything was ready right on time and the staff was awesome! There was plenty of food for everyone. My wife was so impressed with the wings we've been back several times and still trying new flavors:)
