Was at the bar and a guy was acting like a dick and he had gotton cut off. And as a bartender when someone has been cut off you should not allow to buy more drinks for other people and didn't watch the guy what so ever and he continued to drink

Came to Clive garage sales after a long morning of pulling out barb wire fence in the muskeg full of willows prior. 8 hrs had passed since breakfast and we thought we'd grab a something to eat before the long drive home.
We ordered 3 hamburgers . The waitress took close to an hour to serve them. 2 of the hamburger paddies were burnt black and my bun badly burnt . While my husband chowed the only hamburger down not burnt(as he was very hungry ) we left to find food elsewhere , after pushing the food to the side for a spell first .
I'd seen another place but had not stopped prior due to my disabilities (in a wheel chair but can use crutches for short distances. The prior work tearing out fence had left me in exceptionally high pain after and wheel chair was what I needed to rest my legs and back) We went to the other resturant down the street . We were very pleased with the service , the speed the food came and the quality of the food we had. Actually have not had that good of restruant food in a very long time. They definitely know resturant bussiness and how to cook food exceptionally well.
When my husband stated the 2 hamburgers were burnt to waitress and one bun the another staff justified the horrible burgers, by stating its basically the toasters fault and grill 😕. No apologies, no ownership for expecting customers to eat a 10 dollar burnt burger , just the items they cook on fault 😉.
I used to have a resturant yrs back , before I went farming . My first job was a waitress at age 15 . I was taught not to serve burnt food or undercooked food , bad for bussiness. When I learnt to cook , I was taught never overcook or undercooked, if you over cook , throw on new and start again . Better to seek a customers patience than to serve a bad meal . When a customer complains, never make excuses ,the equipment being used is to blame because a person in reality runs that equipment not the machine runs that person.
I was not going to give a review but just avoid the place in future . I wish I'd taken pictures though because it was very visibly burnt and no oversight . I've never had a worse hamburger ever prior .
So if you want great food, go further down the street, awesome, awesome food served there .
Roadhouse I had eaten once prior . It was average hamburger then and I liked the handicap accessibility, why I chose there today.
Clive always does a great community garage sales and has very well done up yards and some very beautiful homes within . Always enjoy touring clive . Great little community

Huge space for big gatherings or a quick meet up for a burger & a beer while on a ride. It's just a short trip in from Hwy 12. A nice smooth Sec. hwy for a ride on the bikes. Fantastic burgers made and served by the same sweetheart pouring the drinks. Cheers

Road to the roadhouse with my wife. The ride from Camrose to Clive was beautiful. The restaurant was perfect! Great food,great service,great atmosphere. Great place to go and eat if you are a back road biker or Cowboy.

terrible experience ordered food at 10:30. They told us to come in 20 minutes. Get there at 10:50. The food wasn't even ready. They forgot to put in the order made us sit an extra 20 minutes and then made me pay for the whole thing. then we got deep-fried pickles and on the website it says it is served with ranch, but we got a dill dip instead
