Not a bad item on the buffet! The cesar salad and the large dessert section(my fav was the cinnamon roll) was a big hit! I have never seen such a well looked after buffet in all my 55 years! We recently found them and make the little morning drive from Lethbridge! Don't change a thing!

The food has been amazing every single time we have gone. Fresh and so delicious the main meals are top notch but my son LOVES the cheesecake. If we are to full and can’t eat another bite we take it home with us for later. The staff are so kind and helpful and they make your time there even better it’s rare to find staff like that we have NEVER had an issue with anything. Coming to Coaldale it’s a must to get a meal at this restaurant they do not disappoint

Rooms could be cleaner (hair on both beds) Waited 15 minutes in bar before I had to go to counter to get anyone's attention. Food was good in bar.

This is the nicest, cleanest,pet friendly, food was amazing. Service amazing. For having a pub on property you would never know it's so quiet. I will be back for the brunch on SUNDAYS .it was fantastic.

They put on a appetizer like buffet for 50 people it was more and very good. They did a great job. Then the pub after, all in all, thank you.
Stayed here for an event we were at close by. The rooms were very clean and looked after. We have stayed at bigger brand name hotels that were no where near as clean as this place.

We held our year end dinner for our skating club this year at Franco’s restaurant. We had 14 people attend with a variety of dietary restrictions and accommodations needing to be met. Missi and the staff at Franco’s were outstanding in their ability to accommodate our requests (constant communication was greatly appreciated). Julie’s service and the food prepared from the kitchen staff was amazing and we all felt very safe eating there. We love supporting local and we are very grateful for a wonderful staff that helps us with our requests. We highly recommend this place for small businesses gathering/meetings or a night out. We look forward to meeting there in the near future.
