We held our year end dinner for our skating club this year at Franco’s restaurant. We had 14 people attend with a variety of dietary restrictions and accommodations needing to be met. Missi and the staff at Franco’s were outstanding in their ability to accommodate our requests (constant communication was greatly appreciated). Julie’s service and the food prepared from the kitchen staff was amazing and we all felt very safe eating there. We love supporting local and we are very grateful for a wonderful staff that helps us with our requests. We highly recommend this place for small businesses gathering/meetings or a night out. We look forward to meeting there in the near future.

Had dinner at Franco’s restaurant and the steak and shrimp were delicious but the potatoes and veggies were cold and less than desirable. I should’ve sent them back but didn’t.

Dirtiest rooms I have ever slept in. Had to clean the room as we arrived. Pubic hair on the floor around the toilet urine on toilet and side of the tub. Bedspread was dirty with a crusty substance . Asked for a new one the cleaner informed me they didn’t have extras. Received a thin blacker to replace it. Sheets were dirty. So much dust. Was supposed to be a no smoking hotel but our room smelled like pot. Had 6 couples with us one room had cockroaches . Front deck did not give us a discount. Very disappointed

Food and drinks: Excellent restaurant and staff . I highly recommend the bar/restaurant, there wasn’t one item on the menu that I tried and didn’t enjoy . Top shelf !

Stopped by to cool off in the heat. The girl in the tavern was very Friendly and accommodating. (Unfortunately I cannot remember her name). Decided to stay overnight. Was definitely impressed with the cleanliness and how quiet the room was considering the proximity to the highway. Staff were all awesome, and we had supper there as well! Closest thing to home cooking I have seen in some time. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be diverting from Lethbridge on our travels to stay here again!
Rooms: Quaint, obviously an older establishment. But clean(most important for us). Everything I needed. And more than we expected!! And obviously updated not too long ago!
Food & drinks: Good food. Better than expected by far!
