Never had a bad meal at DQ until this location. Poor food quality and the cleaning schedule has certainly been neglected, seating area was filthy. Do not recommend and will not be back.

Was there for lunch today? Ordered a number nine double cheeseburger and all it was a hamburger put in the microwave and heated up. Looks like they got all new stuff in there seriously looks like a Tim Hortons nowadays would not recommend.

Complete waste of money. The chicken and fries were so stale that even my non picky eaters wouldn't eat them. Tried to call and talk to so one about it, no answer after multiple calls.

Stopped by for supper to go. The guy couldn't take the order very well and seemed uncaring/ stressed out. The food was ok. They messed up my daughter's burger which was simple. No condiments. Plain. Forgot our gravy. Fries weren't very crispy. Guess we will just stick to blizzards from now on as be better off checking other fast food joints in town as the food is better and order accuracy is paramount.

How hard is it to place lids on a blizzard snack when you order throught the drive-thru so ypu don't create a mess before you get to your destination. Other DQ restaurants seem to give a damn about their customers than this restaurant. I think we will take our buisness elsewhere.
Me and my family stopped by after our road trip and I must say my experience at this DQ was very pleasant. The person taking our order was very friendly and police, also didn’t had to wait that long for our order despite it being busy and they had a concrete patio outside to enjoy the food and the street view. Good people and good food, would recommend stopping by!!

We stopped in today for lunch & we were very disappointed. Food tasted old & stale!! Gravy was cold. It was not fresh by any means. Restaurant was full for a lunch rush and we did not have time to ask for it all to be remade. Tables and the high chair we used both got wiped down and cleaned by me because of old caked on food. Changed my baby in the dirty bathroom and by the stains everywhere I am sure it hasn’t been fully cleaned in months. Toilets and floors were DISGUSTING. I’ve been in cleaner gas station bathrooms!!! We will not be back. Next time we will go to McDonalds
