My experience today was great! The person who took our order was very friendly/polite, got our order right, made it right, and handed it to us with a smile. We were the only ones as it was mid-afternoon, so the atmosphere was quiet.

Place is gross, also imagine spending $3 for a pup cup that is a childs icecream cone literally 1 tspoon worth of ice cream with NO CONE and yet its $3 it used to be free with a purchase over $15, not anymore apparently. Disgusting food, service and prices avoid at all costs.

Second time through the drive through and both times they screwed up my husband’s banana split! First time only whip cream and tiny bit of ice cream. Second time, rotten bananas. Guess we’re not going back there!!

Ordered 2 meals and 2 blizzards for dinner. When I got home and finished my dinner i went to eat my reeses peanut butter cup pie blizzard and there was no reeses peanut butter cup. Just vanilla ice cream and pieces of pie. How do you miss putting in the most important ingredient?

I just saw another review about this, so I thought I’d share because I had the same experience, probably about the same lady. I went in and seen an older lady , her name tag said Ashley or Ashlynn I can quite remember but it was something along the lines of that. I see her frequently. She was getting mad at a younger worker, wagging her finger in her face and yelling. We were waiting to order and she was yelling at the worker right in front of us and then stormed off into the back. Completely unprofessional. My daughter was hoping to apply to this place but I no longer think this is a good idea if this is the way they allow their staff to be treated.

All the times ive stopped here for either food or ice cream they've never gotton my order wrong. They're ice cream cakes are nicely decorated ( better than Tabers DQ) friendly and accommodating staff
Personnel are not educated enough to put the proper amount of ice cream into the cup. Please, work on that!

I was just at the Dairy Queen and I noticed one of the lady’s working there was treating her fellow staff horribly. I witnessed her getting very mad and aggressive with a younger girl who seemed to be in training . She was waving her finger in her face. As I sat and ate my food, I could hear her still shouting at multiple people she was in the kitchen working with I did not catch a name of this woman but she was a bit older and definitely should know better than to lose her temper like that. I thought it was quite unprofessional and rude how she was treating her coworkers and she would benefit from a attitude check. Don’t think I’ll be returning back as the environment was tense unpleasant.
