Bought a chicken sandwich meal from the drive thru and the fries were so cold and soggy the worst fries I’ve ever been served in my life. And I ordered a spicy sandwich they give me a regular. Hopefully they get shut down terrible food.

The tables were dirty. The burgers were cold and used old frying oil to fry them. And the employee had a really dirty hat, which grossed me out, not a good experience.

Every time I buy from this KFC I never receive any of the utensils/napkins I ask for they always shove my food in my face at the drive thru and walk off before I can ask again at the window this is the third time this has happened I feel like im wasting my breath on the incompetent staff

Anytime I use the drive through they never give me any of the condiments I ask for. No napkins or fork for the side that's in my meal. I have had to go back to the window multiple times. Train your staff a little better.

Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful in ordering off the online coupons site. When they entered the code that was listed for the item it came up short so they charged me a fictitious amount to make up the difference on something that I didn’t order. The scan code of practice states that if an item is scanned under $10 you receive that item for the scanned price. They argued with me so I took my business to Dairy Queen.
Disgusting, ordered 2 sandwiches, both overcooked and slopped together. Won't go back for these anytime soon🤢

We went to get some food at 6pm only to find the employee working was mopping already, locked the door and told us to use the drive thru. The restaurant says it closes at 10pm. Not really impressed by that but the food was good and made up for it.
