Why can you not listen to the customers when they give you their order? STOP asking if they want to add more to their order when they have clearly said 'that will be all'. Then when you go to pay at the window, make sure the person taking your money knows exactly what your order is. I told the guy 3 times what my order was and he STILL could not get it right, so I drove away and took my business somewhere else. Good by Mickey D!

Not sure what’s happened to this place, but it’s probably the grossest McDonald’s ever… McDonald’s is literally known for its fries, yet every time I order at this location, the fries taste like they got swept off the floor and re-deepfried 😷 not even salty. Just straight up sadness. And it’s not just the last time or few times — it’s been like this for at least a year or two!

Absolute shout out! Terrible day at work, just wanted some eats. Asked for a “proper” poutine. Never caught any names. But those kids sorted me out beyond what I even imagined. Future leaders of the world with that kinda customer service! Listen to your customer. Don’t decide. They exemplified a quality experience. Hats off to you all!

I don’t know what went wrong this morning but it was awful. My drink was made wrong 3 times, we were missing food, and when I got home I opened by bagel with cream cheese to see the most pathetic amount of cream cheese. The service was not great, and I noticed multiple other patrons going up to have their orders corrected.
Will ask if you want to donate to the charity and regardless if you say yes or no they will try to sneak charge you. Straight up thieves

Order was not right asked for. I asked for no tomatoes do to a allergy and got halfway back to taber and discovered tomatoes on my wrap. I had asked for a sweet chili mcwrap and it also had no sweet chili sauce on it
