Never thought I would say Chinese food was bad, until I ate here. Over priced, portion looks large but was mostly breading. Breading tasted like pancake mix deep fried. Egg roll was more of a ravioli, it was mushy, and very greasy. I would recommend driving into Lethbridge for some Chinese food.

The food was amazing it was fresh, hot, and I could tell pride went into every dish. The building was really hot, to warm for my comfort but still tolerable. The interior design is definatly showing age but still comparable to most Chinese food restaurants but if they want to stand out in there market they definatly could renovate. The staff was very nice and really apologetic as they were busy that night and my pick up order took almost an hour longer then what they told me on the phone when ordering.

We picked up Ming’s a few days ago and I gotta say was prob the worst Chinese food I have had. Big disappointment when you’re spending $100 on food that goes in the garbage. Was cold, VERY greasy, fatty . Awful !

If you say the food will be ready in 20 minutes…. Have it ready in 20 minutes! I don’t want to sit and wait an additional 30 minutes.

Drove 25 minutes to take my senior mom for chinese food ( our little town buffet was closed) opted for small town rather than Lethbridge.The buffet was almost empty... literally had food stuck onto the bottom of the pans on several dishes. The witness told the party after us they had 20 minutes because they were closing at 6pm. I expressed my disappointment to who might have been the owner??? she said the would cook a bit more. 30 minutes later no fresh food arrived not even a refill on water so I went to pay. Told the waitress had she told us the were closing we would have went elsewhere. We were still charged FULL price for 2 buffets!!!! I said we got scraped up food from the bottom of the pans and we have to pay full price..like not even a seniors discount for my mom? Waitress said ya well sorry there's no seniors rate and tou can wait the cook said we are open till 7 now!!!!Good grief 1 hour and 41.95 later we both left hungry ?NEVER ever again will we be back there ! I would have given zero stars had that been an option.

Had a take out order. Took over 30 minutes longer than promised to get my order. Had to wait around way too long. I was not pleased. The food was not great, not terrible, but not worth repeating. Had a better experience in the past and will go elsewhere next time.

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. The waitress were more worried about filling there plates with there super then leaving food for the paying customers. Also charge kids just about the same price as adults to eat from a very picked over smorgasbord. Will never rat here again and will tell everyone I know not to go there as well.

We came here for the buffet and as my husband was eating he found this hair in his rice, not to mention we also saw another longer hair on the buffet and there was hardly ANY fresh food on the buffet at 7pm. When we brought it up to the server she just walked away and then came and placed the bill on our table and didn’t say a word. She also did not take the food off the buffet where the hair was found. When we went up to the counter we quietly spoke (so all the other people waiting for takeout couldn’t hear us) and told the other server that we will not be paying for this meal, she was more kind and proceeded to go talk to “Lee” in the kitchen. Lee comes out and says “are these the bad people that put a hair in their food to try and get a discount”. Then the one server says, “well it’s a buffet what do you expect.” Needless to say we will NEVER be back here, do not eat at this place. Horrible service, disgusting food.
