Ordered online delivery many times. Last couple of orders the pizza is smushed against the side of the box as though the box was tossed around. Food is still good, we always get stuffed crust, but lately the delivery people have been lacking. Next time I don't think I'll be tipping the driver. Sorry, guys, but tipping in advance means past experiences dictate the tip.

Horrible food order pizza and it was uncooked ordered wings and they failed to put the sauce on called and asked them to re do it they argued with us about it and when they weren’t around me they talked about me in their own language and tried to argue some more with us about it that they didn’t want to re do their mistakes, never ordering from there again until they can learn to cook food properly.

They need people working at this location who listen to the customer whd dont argue back. I ordered a half pepperoni and green pepper and half just cheese, they made me a pizza with no cheese and when returning it, the lady argued that i wasnt explaining it properly. Her english was very poor and i had to repeat myself multiple times. Anyone ordering here, check your food and make sure they understand. They act like they do, but really dont. Next time im driving to lethbridge, save the pain

I called in to order a Hawaiian pizza for the Monday special of $10.99. I could not do it online as I was on the road and it was getting late so I did not want to go home to order. I asked several times for the $10.99 special and was told "yes that is okay". I showed up and was asked for $14.70. Told the person serving me that was wrong and all he could say is "that is what is on the receipt" and he proceeded to ring up the sale without caring what I said. He would not even look at me doing other things as I tried talking to him.I was in a hurry so after telling him several times and getting the same answer I paid and left. I hope the extra $3.01 was worth it as that is the last time I will deal with Pizza Hut in Coaldale and possibly any Pizza Hut. I will also be sure to tell EVERYONE I know of the bad service and HORRIBLE attitude!!!!
