In person experience is great. But when you do online, expect your order to be messed up. Asked for extra lettuce and spinach… I received a sprinkle of lettuce and no spinach. 1 piece of tomato and hardly any sauce when I picked extra. Also would be a good option to add jalapeños as an option because every time I ask in the notes, it doesn’t work. Disappointed as this is the 2nd and now the last time I order online.

I absolutely love Subway. However, I just got home, checked my bank account, only to realize that they overcharged me quite a bit. I ordered 2 sandwiches for me and my family with a coupon and I guess they forgot to apply it. Like I said, I love Subway and have been eating there for a long time so I'm just looking for the overcharge to be refunded and I can change my review.Edit: I went over there pretty much immediately afterwards and they gave me another Sub. Couldn't give me a refund but I'm completely fine with the extra sandwich. He was very friendly about everything and managed to sort out the issue.
