Came into the store today for breakfast and ordered a bagel. Survice was incredible friendly and fast. And my baggel was fantastic and actually had the creme cheese spread across it as apposed to a lump in the wrapper like other locations offer. I love this locations quality and service! I wish other stores would take note!

Extremely dissatisfied with having to use a paper straw to drink my ice cap. I've barely drank 1/4 of my medium ice cap and I can't even finish the rest because My paper straw no longer works. Go back to plastic when you're serving iced beverages. Now I've got 3/4 of my icecap that I can no longer drink. Paper straws just DON'T work!
Coaldale Tim Hortons is the best one we have ever been to. Service is amazing the entire staff is very courteous and and it seems as though everyone enjoys working there.

Pretty clean, restrooms were fairly well maintained. Had a good assortment of donuts. The kid at the counter was distracted when I came up, and the manager seemed a bit annoyed with him for not noticing me, but I wasn't in any hurry or I would have said something! Got my order quickly and everything was correct. One of the nicer Tim Hortons in the area! Staff are always very helpful and friendly.
