It was amazing in 2022 when I bought my house and quickly became my go to. Over the last year, the rice is occasionally burnt or hard. Not everything, but it's more of a Russian roulette on if it will be edible or not.

Nice people. Large pizza and 4 pops came to $56. Ordered a meatlovers. Asked for extra sauce, no sauce. asked for fresh tomato ontop, got a tiny half slice on each piece. The bread is very thick and heavy. No real flavour. Very very dry and hard to bite into. Sloppy mess, and I picked it up right away. Sorry guys. For me - I'll only eat there when I absolutely have to, like when all the pizza joints in Lethbridge burn down at once.
The Chinese food is pretty authentic The BBQ duck is excellent and also try the salt and pepper squid which was tasty too.

Coyote Grill used to be our go-to place for Chinese food. I am not sure what happened but it sure has gone downhill. We ordered take-out for supper and it was barely edible. The ginger beef was tough and dry, the mini corn in the mixed vegetables had an odd, acidic taste, the chicken-fried rice didn't have many pieces of chicken in it and it tasted just okay and the chicken with cashews was just mediocre. We are very disappointed with the food, compared to what it used to be. And now the search begins for a good place to go for yummy Chinese food.
