food was good but staff became overly defensive when you asked them to clarify the charge. —— The receipt they attached to my order was on regular price (I used coupon). Since I went through drive thru, I just use my tap and didn’t verify the charge at first.
So, when I looked at the receipt, I find it is $5 more. I went inside to clarify. (I asked nicely with no intent of drama). Two staff explained how their coupon works. They just didn’t attached the right receipt.
That should be it on my side. all was supposed to be settled. I was about to leave.
BUT, there’s this one staff isn’t done yet. She called me to the counter, prevented me to leave, I clearly said. “it’s okay but thank you”, no need to explain further.
She keeps insisting that she will print the RIGHT receipt to show me. Her tone switched, became frustrated. I told her again, “no need, it’s, okay. thank you”. Didn’t let me leave.
To avoid an argument, I waited, and just let her print the “receipt”. Glad I am the only customer in the restaurant at that time.
But I find this unfortunate situation very annoying and this drove me not to come back on this location again.

I visited this location on August 25 around 9:00pm . The drive-thru lady was very rude and yelled instead of speaking politely. It made us feel very uncomfortable. I hope management can look into improving customer service at this location. Even she gave us food without napkins.

How can anyone imagine that this is ok to serve for a customer! This is completely burnt! The eggs also gave off a bad taste ! I was looking forward to today’s breakfast but it was ruined thanks to who ever prepared this meal for me ! Such disappointment all 4 pieces of my toast was like this . Not coming back here again they lost a loyal customer ! As I always come every Sunday but NOT ANYMORE
