James was our cashier/server, he was excellent. He was extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He even brought our order out to us, letting us know it was being freshly made. Along with management that helped the customer before us. She very tactfully, and accurately explained to the man what the deal was and how he could still benefit from it while getting what he wanted. That shows me and everyone else the quality and training of upper management. Great experience! Oh, and of course the food was perfect, thank you to the kitchen staff!!!

I got 2 whopper meals tonight for a late dinner for me and my partner, got home and about 3 bites in I pulled out a loong piece of hair out of my mouth and immediately threw out my food. When I called, I was met with laughter and her telling me that it happens sometimes because their headsets rub up on their head? Idk.. I took my food and safety and was always taught to wear a hairnet when working in a kitchen, especially preparing food for a lot of people like a fast food restaurant lmao 🤨

Yall made a small mistake and my mom just went up and asked for the missing order, yall gave it to my mom, but I saw the employees side-eyeing my mom and then laughing, when she didn’t even do anything. Yall could’ve just accepted your mistakes, but instead, yall made the atmosphere uncomfortable. 3 stars for fast service tho.
