Had the crispy chicken burger it was good. Crispy tasty and fresh. Fries were ok but didn't expect great from a fast food place. Gravy was weird it tasted like maybe chicken gravy with tomato in it. If we go back will not order the gravy it's still a mystery flavor and a weird shade of orange. Food was fast and people were friendly.

Hit or miss wether or not they randomly decide to round you up to the nearest dollar without telling you. I order the same thing Everytime for $9.09. sometimes $9.09, sometimes $10.00. call them out on it and they'll argue with you.

Burger wasn't fresh both times I was here. Its an operations thing, management and training. Not the workers fault. Burgers was old and in it's tray for a while. Did not sit well in the guts either.

James was our cashier/server, he was excellent. He was extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He even brought our order out to us, letting us know it was being freshly made. Along with management that helped the customer before us. She very tactfully, and accurately explained to the man what the deal was and how he could still benefit from it while getting what he wanted. That shows me and everyone else the quality and training of upper management. Great experience! Oh, and of course the food was perfect, thank you to the kitchen staff!!!

I got 2 whopper meals tonight for a late dinner for me and my partner, got home and about 3 bites in I pulled out a loong piece of hair out of my mouth and immediately threw out my food. When I called, I was met with laughter and her telling me that it happens sometimes because their headsets rub up on their head? Idk.. I took my food and safety and was always taught to wear a hairnet when working in a kitchen, especially preparing food for a lot of people like a fast food restaurant lmao 🤨
