I used to like going here especially for the fish and chips but since the change over the food portions aren't the greatest and the quality seems to have gone down. We had company from out of town and orderd 4 two pcs fish and chips. Not even an handful of fries for the amount of fish and it was mainly all batter and soggy.

It's to bad because Clark's is a Cold Lake Gem our relatives from out east heard about it and we're looking forward to eating there, but we're terribly disappointed in the food not at all what they were told it would be from us and others.

The restaurant is one of those gems of Cold Lake. A classic feel to it. While we were there, there was some road construction that did make it so we couldn't park close to the restaurant. But a very short walk along the marina got us there just fine. The food was pretty good for a diner style experience. I was served a bacon cheese burger with BBQ sauce. The patty tasted like it was homemade and fresh. The bacon was perfect. Still quite thick but with the right amount of crisp to it. My wife and I got our meals withing 15 minutes of us ordering. A great response time for this kind of dinning experience. The only downside was that the burger was not what I ordered. Not even close. I ordered a hot dog?

This is one of, if not the best place to eat in Cold Lake, in my opinion. The food is scratch made and fantastic. Equally as important, the customer service is top tier and friendly.
