Ordered a pizza and wings. It didn't come. Talked to manager and was told they would make a new one and send it over. We waited. Nothing happened. One hour and forty five minutes later everything showed up. Ice cold. You have lost a customer forever. Not because the food was cold although that is a problem. The big problem is the manager lied to us. Told us he was sorry and then told us new food would be made but it wasn't. He openly lied. He was aggressive with my wife on the phone. We have been happy customers for years. Now, after this experience, we will never eat there again. If they are willing to openly lie to a customer then what else are they hiding? So disappointed. Obviously short on integrity.

These people I tell ya. Don’t ever pay ahead of time, always pay at the door. They’ll drive around your neighbourhood and then head back to the store and say they tried calling you. Kids are going hungry on the apologies they offer. Used to be a great spot for pizza till they took over.

On this particular order, I felt I got my money's worth. I ordered a Small Deluxe pizza, asked for extra cheese and green pepper and added mushrooms, bacon and ham. They didn't skimp on the toppings. Pizza arrived hot and was exactly as I had ordered it. I have had previous experiences where the toppings were lacking, even after asking for extra/double. Not in this case. I tip my hat to the pizza artist in the kitchen who followed through. My only disappointment/criticism is that they do not offer coupons for Small pizzas. I don't always want a medium, let alone two mediums. It might be a great deal, but it's not what I am looking for. Surely I am not the only one who feels this way. Regardless, on this order, it was just what I needed, made precisely the way I wanted it, and delivery was less than 25 minutes from the time I placed my order to the knock on the door.

Generally, always good. Only complaint is they ALWAYS get my son's order wrong. They need to learn to read the orders properly. It always gets fixed but they always need to deliver a new pizza and everyone is done eating by the time they send a new pizza made properly.
