It’s been a few years since I got KFC because I was never really satisfied by the taste of their chicken. I gave it chance this time to see if there’s improvement. Ordered a 4-piece chicken for takeout at the drive-thru and it looked like someone already gone through the chicken. Ordered iced tea as a drink but I was given a coke. I just spent $17 just so KFC can again prove that their food and service is crap.

KFC Cold Lake. Service was excellent, place was very clean. I was disappointed in the gravy and my tenders were not battered like usual. The gravy definitely was not KFC standard. That is one of the reason I go to KFC is for the gravy a little disappointed as I haven't been for sometime. Don't get me wrong food was still good but not KFC standard.

Showed up at 9:45, yes I know it’s 15 minutes before you close, and I understand it can be annoying. But I sat at the order speaking waiting. And waiting. And no one said anything. Pull up to the window and am immediately greeted by someone saying “we are closed now”. If you close early at least have the decency to keep a headset on and tell people so you’re not wasting their time. Guess I should have read the reviews before going. (I sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes)

I am here almost every week., sometimes twice a week. Food is always cold. Customer service is bad. They close way too early before closing time. Just last week, I got a coleslaw and it tasted so bad, when I went back and told her about it, guess what she said....... We don't make that here.... So??????? Is it not your problem to rectify that? Plus they know me, im always there. Customer service is down the drain at KFC COLDLAKE. Serving cold food is also an issue there.

Ordered mobile. Stood there at the counter for 10 minutes over my time. Then someone ordered and bucket of chicken and got their food right away. I had to stop the guy ad ask where my food was. 20 minutes over and the manager didn't even care. Terrible attitude for the manager. Not impressed at all.

First ripped us off our popcorn chicken that came with the family feast, then argued with my husband that we didn't pay for it, had to show our account because they didn't give us a receipt. Got all the way home to find they also ripped us off a chicken leg/breast, we bought a 10 piece meal and only got 9. Terrible service, terrible attitude, spend your money elsewhere!
yeah, dont have anything good to say about this place, we used to go here all the time when were in the city but it started to go downhill as each month went by, bad service, dry/salty chicken and nothing is prepared with care, they even stopped selling the CHICKEN BOWL! everyones all time favourite.

Whenever you visit the store to get food they give stupid reasons that “online coupons” or “App deal” won’t be applicable. I visited twice with showing 2 can dine deal (plant based )first time with App and second time even getting coupons through website because they said if you have coupon code in phone we can do that and I managed to get coupons online and then I visited again they said we are not accepting online coupons as well. When you ask the reason they say its through the owner instructions. And most Frustrating thing is you can get the food in other locations like in St.Paul you can show the online coupon code and get the food. It’s really disgusting and disrespectful for a customer.
