Whenever you visit the store to get food they give stupid reasons that “online coupons” or “App deal” won’t be applicable. I visited twice with showing 2 can dine deal (plant based )first time with App and second time even getting coupons through website because they said if you have coupon code in phone we can do that and I managed to get coupons online and then I visited again they said we are not accepting online coupons as well. When you ask the reason they say its through the owner instructions. And most Frustrating thing is you can get the food in other locations like in St.Paul you can show the online coupon code and get the food. It’s really disgusting and disrespectful for a customer.

Right for the door opening service was terrible. Food was even worse I opened my 10 piece family meal and thought they gave me chicken wings but no that was the chicken tiny over cooked chicken. Terrible food

The KFC is a good place to eat sometimes but I find that I don't eat there that often because the chicken doesn't taste as good as it use to in the 90s, but even the gravy is really lacking. And when I was dinning in today, I was told by the cashier that I couldn't use the bathrooms that were locked because they were broken. I am a paying customer and I can't even use the bathrooms is outrageous considering the fact that I'm dinning in. If thier bathrooms are broken then they should not be offering dinning in services and just offer drive-thru instead.

I am ordering regularly through your online app. I ordered always the same exclusive online deal and I am always going to the drive thru for pick up. Because thats what is the website saying. I approached the speaker, I told the lady that I have an online order, and she said that I have to get inside to pick it up? It doesnt make sense to me at all. Because like I said I have been doing this regularly, even the website says ORDER THROUGH KFC APP, DRIVE THRU OR WE WILL DELIVER? I Know Cold Lake KFC doesnt have delivery thats why I am always going to the drive thru. Can you tell the manager who is working there that whatever I typed in Bold that should be followed. She is trying to defy the purpose of Online ordering if people needs to come inside. I EVEN CALLED THE STORE AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO says, they do not hand out online orders at Drive thru. If thats the case change the website then . I will never go back. Sorry but, I am thinking those disable people who cant walk and get inside to pick up their orders. KFC COLD LAKE SHOULD BE VISITED BY THE CORPORATE to validate things that is happening in the store. You are loosing regular customer.
