KFC Cold Lake. Service was excellent, place was very clean. I was disappointed in the gravy and my tenders were not battered like usual. The gravy definitely was not KFC standard. That is one of the reason I go to KFC is for the gravy a little disappointed as I haven't been for sometime. Don't get me wrong food was still good but not KFC standard.
The restaurant is clean and the service is great. However the chicken I received was probably cooked quite a bit earlier and left to sit. The skin was dry and the chicken itself drier. Not quite the KFC I was hoping for.
Placed my order and they called me to tell me they were out of popcorn chicken but if it was alright they would substitute tenders, which I was fine withMy order was ready at the time I asked. Everything was hot and fresh. Will definitely be ordering again.
