Ordered a spicy bacon deluxe McCrispy sandwich meal through DoorDash and the bagged the wrong order. Get told to contact the driver but the store hands a sealed bag to the driver so it is not his job to fix this issue. Crappy service

Workers are all to busy to pay any attention to people in front of them. Needed a washroom key, couldnt get anyone to look up from what theyre doing, nobody at the till. I called out (politely of course, why be rude, theyre just working) but no help at all. They need more staff. If you want to eat you have to use the kiosk. I had to go so badly when my food was ready I had to pack up my kids and myself and go to the walmart washroom. I couldnt even stay to eat. Half of the seats are always closed off around supper time anyway. Any time I have gone to the washrooms here they have been utterly disgusting. This location is my least favorite to go to. I dont know why I still do, honestly.

Used to love coming to mcdonalds. Nowadays i have to check my own order after telling them and them reading it back to me my order. Get to the window im missing items i ordered. Lady looks at us and said well i only charged you for one. But i ordered 2. Gives me a disgusting look because i ordered 2 then hands me my food and slams the service window close in my face. Please tell your workers to quit rushing people through the drive thru and actually take the right order down. If you cant service me with a smile at a fast food place please look for a different job. Will change review if there is actual change in service here. Not impressed please take the time to get the order right the first time.

Not Gunna lie this place always messes up our nugget sauce and had a issue with night crew not wanting to make cookies, but it's a classic McDonald's so can't expect too much, double check your sauce if you don't get sweet and sour 🤣

Have been having troubles with this location for ages. Sloppily made food, forgotten sauces, cold fries, rude (maybe high) night staff. Finally decided to leave a review when I got a small hot chocolate and there was a fly in it. It’s winter. They must not be cleaning their stations well.
Its another McDonald's just a different town. Friendly staff.

Not the warm and family, friendly atmosphere that I grew up with, sadly times have changed, and not for the better. Not only having to repeat your order half a dozen times and not understanding what is read back to you, the inconsiderate auditory assaulting atmosphere of the patrons inside was offputting enough for our family to feel afraid and unsafe enough to leave.
