We received cold food after being parked, the manager at the till acted annoyed that I was upset that we received cold food. The order was also incorrect as we ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals and received cold nuggets, as was the case with the 10 piece nugget meal we ordered.
Service in this location has always been poor at best, but to have a manager show a complete lack of care and give attitude for providing sub-par service and cold food is a new low. She couldn't even be bothered to apologize.
This location abuses the ability to park orders in order to "lower" their drive thru times moreso than any other location I have visited. Not once have we received food at the window, which is absolutely absurd.

Absolute worst customer service which made for an even worse atmosphere. The ladies that worked at the till don’t seem to have much experience in the customer service industry. Zero respect and the one that served us had a snotty look on her face the whole time. Would not recommend this McDonald’s, skip this town and go to St. Paul or Cold Lake where they have experience.

completely ridiculous sitting in the reserved parking spot for 20 minutes and nobody has came with our food. Finally came after 25 with the wrong order went inside and took another 20 to get our food gave us the wrong order again, sitting there for almost an hour before they finally got it right

You are the worst service, the person at the window said the sauce is in the bottom of the bag, she let me dig in and there’s nothing, she still wants to dig in herself, why not just give if the customer said nothing.. worst worst worst, made me so mad….
