Got a chicken McGriddle with cheese added to it which was not what I ordered and we didn’t have time to go back and negotiate with them so I just got to go without.
I went again for a coffee, the guy didn’t speak English well enough to understand that we had a mobile order. After three repetitions and him disregarding what we had said every time, we finally got our info across.

Forgot to give ketchup for the 10th time

Ordered two Sausage Egg McMuffin, 4 hashbrowns, 1 M hot chocolate, 1 M black coffee. One McMuffin was supposed to be without cheese, but both had cheese on them. Asked for extra ketchup and got none at all. Hashbrowns could have been on drip tray a bit longer as they soaked grease on to the provided napkins and through the bag, plus the oil tasted a bit old that they were cooked in. I wouldn't call the hot chocolate chocolate either. More like hot milk. Overall, much room for improvement. One other thing that would be courteous to customers would be to place a sign on the door that does not work (parking lot side) and to refer to the other access on the North side of building.

Food was not hot more like soggy and cold but re warmed idk but you can tell when fries are freshly deep fried those were sitting there for a bit. And the burger was sloppy lol smiles weren't free 😆 rude but oh well I'm sure in the future she will get a job she enjoys

Honestly, my visit to this McDonald’s wasn’t good at all. The employees were pretty rude, like they didn’t want to be there or deal with customers. It felt like they only cared about getting the drive-thru times down instead of actually giving decent service. Inside didn’t feel welcoming either—more chaotic than anything. You can really tell they’re focused on rushing orders out, not making sure the service or atmosphere is good.Overall, not impressed. Definitely expected better. What happened to great service with friendly staff, not ones that are impatient and yell at you when your taking too long

I ordered a McSpicy Veggie Burger and a coffee through Uber Eats. When I opened the burger, I found a non-vegetarian patty inside the veg burger packaging. I am a vegetarian, so this is extremely distressing and goes against my dietary and personal beliefs. This type of mistake is a serious breach of trust. It can harm customers’ health, cause emotional distress, and shows negligence in food handling.
Doors locked at 6:55AM. Happens so often, and I can't fit a delivery truck through the drive thru. You're located next to a bunch of hotels filled with semis and other large vehicles. Nobody in Edmonton even does this, and doors can be open as early as 5AM. It states 5AM but this is probably the 5th time I've been locked out at 6 or 7 in the past few years. What gives?

Fries: ice cold & hard as rocks sandwiches: cold, not assembled properly, 2 sandwiches has special asks because of allergies & still made wrong. other: no napkins, no straws, no condiments that’s were requested in the bad. Worse customer service ever and not ONE staff member who served us in english. Only punjabi & staff refusing to serve you in english.

Never has there been a slower McDonald's. Weather busy or not. The shitty service, 20 min wait times weather it be a small black coffee , or a meal for a family. Book at least 30 mins away for this McDonald's. Safe your yourself the frustration. And drive to McDonald's in cold lake. You'll make it back before bonnyville McDonald's will even acknowledge you at the drive through mic. The English language doesnt have the appropriate words to describe this incompetence and laziness of bonnyville McDonald's. Avoid at all costs. Unless your looking to kill a few hours waiting for a green tea.
