I just love coming here and getting told to pull ahead to be ignored at the 3rd window or parked and then receive my order missing most of what I ordered. It just makes my day so much better I love it so much. Thank you Bonnyville McDonald’s. How can I give negative stars?

went through drive-through on September 13 at 9:47 AM ordered two sausage and egg McMuffins and a breakfast burrito meal upon arriving home approximately 20 minutes later I realized we had two sausage McMuffins no sauce no straws. This is the continued service I received from this McDonald’s. When I called to ask if there was anything they could do about it. The worker put the phone down after I mentioned I was gonna let corporate know and expected me to accept a sorry. This happens almost every time we go there and unfortunately it’s the only McDonald’s in that town. They then left me on hold for approximately five minutes before I hung up when I called back I had three user busy signals. This McDonald’s has gone so downhill since the new owners have taken it over.

Never make order correctly and drive thru you constantly have to pull ahead and wait for your order
If I get up early for work I'll stop there for breakfast I order the same thing it's always a different price today is my last breakfast from there I'll stick to buying coffee almost 4 dollars more for the same breakfast as yesterday

We went in on our way back to Edmonton with 3yr old granddaughter on Sunday July 27 at 10:49 am order placed. We did not get our food until 11:15. I asked for a manager as did 2 other people who were ignored. The manager came out and i asked said what is going on we have been waiting 15 min for our food. He was very rude and said we are busy and walked away. The team leader Hanna is yelling at everyone in the back another worker is dropping the f bomb. Our order disappeared from the screen and I had to give some.other manager my receipt in order to get my food. The worst service ever. They need to close that location and retrain every single person there. There should never be 15 people waiting for food

Ordered a simple chicken breakfast wrap. This is what I get. I get it English is not their first language, but ……. Good thing there is no food allergy!!!! Businesses get what they pay for!! But it is McDonalds after all. One good thing and it’s the reason for 2 stars is the coffee is great!
