We always ordered Papa John's in Edmonton, so decided to try it here. They did really well and I would recommend trying!

Ordered delivery for the first time from this location. The driver was very nice and polite. I found the delivery fee very high so sadly his tip was lower because of this, no direct reflection on him! Food was good. Fresh and I found the papadas full of toppings with lots of cheese etc thank you for a good experience!

UPDATED REVIEW.....Pizza was ok, had better....so i had the chicken buffalo boneless chicken bites.......terrible. You get 8 pieces and only 5 were tossed in the sauce and the other not much more. They tasted dry, looked dry, and oh wait, were dry......terrible. This was the last time I will ever order from them again in this town. Sad

Pizzas were fine but the staff was super rude, didn’t wear gloves and had open hair. I placed my order online while I was there in store. As soon as my order popped up on their screen, the lady who was making the pizza got so upset that she had to do a big order. I wish I could also post the pictures that I took there.

Twice now, after ordering, and about 30 min, expecting my order any time, I get a call from Papa John’s corporate office, informing me that a technical issue has arisen and they haven’t been able to contact the store.
With guests over and expecting a pizza I am pissed off, for the second time to be facing this issue, I am questioning if I want to continue ordering from you guys

Go do avtake out. They did forget to add the 10$ in dip i buy and when i try to call them back did not answer their phone. Just don't care about their costomer and they burn the bottom of the 3 pizza bought overthere. I do not recommend to go or tripple check your order.

There was a glitch in the app last night which I got charged for pizza but didn't pick it up because the app Said order didn't go through. The staff whipped me up that pizza today no issues.
Shrinkflation? Both medium were 11inch. Ordered 2 medium (12"). Every inches count ;)

Papa Johns has a very specific style of pizza, the Cold Lake establishment is pretty okay, but I have had some bad experiences with them. For example, putting the wrong sauce on my pizza, forgetting an entire Papadia, or in one case, triple charging me, then gaslighting me by saying, and I quote, "there is no way you could have been triple charged". I did end up finding help about this, after a few phone calls. With that said, I still think it's the most consistent pizza in all of Cold Lake.
