Can't believe a multinational like Pizza Hut can't afford more employees during rush hour. Only 2 employees are working at 3 pm on Sunday. Waited more than 40 minutes for a single pizza.

I was truly disappointed tonight when we ordered a large mac and cheese and they were maybe a 1/4 full. I'm not sure how much of the price went to the mac and cheese and how much went to the air above it. Will not do this again. i stirred it a bit to get a better idea of how little there was before taking the pic.

Ordered the my box and the toppings were skimpy and I definitely didn't get the extra sauce I asked for nor the extra cheese I PAID for, and they didn't even give me a full my box pizza, just longer pizza cut in half. Literally the worst pizza hut experience of my life.

My children came here on Halloween day and ordered 2 pizzas for themselves. The service I get, can get pretty busy on a night like Halloween. My children and their friends waited for over a hour, close to 2 hours without being told that they had no dough to make pizza or they were waiting for it to unthaw or be made. Not entirely sure but didn't have the decency to tell my kids and their friends that they would have to wait even longer. They told everyone else they walked in but didn't think to mention that to them. My children had to call me and tell me what was going on. I used to love Pizza Hut but honestly I am disappointed that they wouldn't even inform them of what was happening. So they are done having my service. Hope no one else was treated this way. My kids were starving after a long night of trick-or-treating!

When I ask for light cause and cheese, I didn’t mean no sauce and cheese… thing was basically bone dry and super bland. Only flavour there was, was in the meat.

I recently ordered and was pleasantly surprised! The pizza arrived hot and on time, which is always a plus. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust, and it was delicious. The service was friendly and the workers are really nice.

Just grabbed a pizza from Pizza Hut in Cold Lake, and it was pretty good! and the pizza was hot and cheesy even tho I was late in my pick up time.

Its September 15,2025. I asked for a BBQ chicken sub the onion for pineapple, and a meatlovers pizza. I paid my fee. What happens when I get home?
Two BBQ chicken with pineapple.
Listen to the order, and stop making suggestions. I didn't want two of the same pizza.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The service was fast, the staff were friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh.
