We decided to change it up from our regular breakfast spot and come here instead, what a mistake. First they bring a glass mug for my toddler so I ask for something that can't be accidently broken, seemed like a huge inconvenience for them and was told they dont have anything else.. assumed since they have a kids menu this would be standard practice when seeing a toddler coming in, just like any other resturant. We finally get to order our food, which we waited just under an hour for and it was definitely not worth the wait. In that time, the waitress walked by us many times, didnt even acknowledge our existance (there was maybe 5 other tables, max) so we sat with empty glasses of water and coffee. The food finally comes and they didn't even put my sons order on his own plate, it was added to mine.. another thing that was an inconvenience for them to get for us. This was literally the worst service I've ever received in my life, we will never be dining here again.

Our server, Joy, was very compentant and accommodating. When faced with a surprise group of 50 people, she very easily managed all the orders ( despite the kids being mixed together even though they belongs to different families). The food acne quickly and was hot.

Kid-friendliness: Was good

I never cook steak like this, tender, delicious, exactly cooked as i ask.Very quick, polite and accurate service. The atmosphere relaxing with amazing colors.I'm really impressed.

Great food, good service, awesome atmosphere, prices are a little steep. A bigger choice in menu options would be a big plus.. But for those special people/occasions it is worth it.

Parking: Not enough parking for restaurant and hotel guests combined.

I ordered New York strip at medium rare with a salad on the side, and a peach bellini. My steak was cooked to medium and the peach bellini was a disappointment despite how it looked. But overall, it's one of the better options for dining in while in Cold Lake for a decent meal.

Service was terrible like the worst I've had in My life. I've never felt the need to leave a bad review before but the restaurant was not busy during our visit and we had view of the serving staff chatting by the kitchen entrance. We both Ordered a Ceasars salad to start. It came out with my meal but not the other guests as well as no cutlery when we got it both our drinks were sitting there empty. 1I tried to address the meal coming out at the wrong time but the server ignored me plopped it on the table ran back to her chat group. I felt like just leaving at this point. We gave her 5 minutes and she never came back. I had to get up and ask her for cutlery and drinks. When I finally got cutlery and finished my starter my meal was cold and unpleasant. Then the other guests steak arrived. Why bring two peoples entrees out 20 minutes apart. His 54 dollar steak was over cooked and tiny for a 12 Oz. He wanted sawmill sauce but again the waitress ran off while we were trying to ask for it. Never once tried to do anything but drop things off and run. He had to go to another table and ask other guests for they're sauce. They happily let him use it as they were having the same issues with the waitress and getting any kind of service.

Parking: Had to park at subway down the street

Everything was more than acceptable and I did not feel the need to address anything with our server. We went at 830pm and my side veggies came slightly cold while the rest of my meal was beautiful, and my son's ribs were on the dry side in places but still delicious....I would give 5 stars if not for these 2 small things.

Prime rib was excellent, service was great despite a bit of a long wait on food. Need more craft beers. Very busy on Valentine's Day, was really happy we had reservations a week

I had ordered beet salad gluten free and when it came out It had deep fried sweet potato in a non dedicated fryer ( I have celiac) when I told the wait staff I couldn’t eat I was rudely told well I already brought it out and then forced me to pay for it even though I did not eat anything and had to go buy food from a grocery store I would not recommend any go to this restaurant

Dietary restrictions: They have items listed as gluten free even when they aren’t

The menu is pricey but if you want great food and fantastic service, this is where you want to go! The restaurant was busy, but you wouldn't notice from the prompt, attentive service of the waitresses/bar staff. The dinners were nicely plated and prepared to our taste. A wonderful dining experience.

We were there with a large party and had good service and food. They have warm lighting that makes the atmosphere is really nice. The menu is reduced since Covid but has a good selection. I had the chicken cordon bleu and it was great.

Food does not hold up to the price, $140 for 2 meals and a combined 3 drinks. Was not a fan of the steak seasoning, all garlic and salt. The service was great though and a clean updated theme.

I went for prime rib. Took my workers after work they could get a good meal in them. Yorksire puddings we’re cold and definitely a day old at least, no point in eating soggy bread in my view. The meat was cold as well, as though it just came out of the fridge. The fat was not melted and the meat wasn’t warmed and separated at all. Nor did they serve horse radish or sawmill sauce. The whole meal reminded me of being served an expensive meal on an airplane. You know they didn’t just cook it in the back, but that’s because you’re on an airplane. Restaurants owners are living the dream now, serving airplane quality food and making even greater profits cause Canadians still tip cause of Covid, they’re making their usual profit on food cause it’s microwaveable, and probably still being subsidized…

Hot breakfast here. Waitress are very nice and accommodate. Beside good front service the dinner here or hit and miss. Prime rib wasn’t Great. It was overcooked for my taste. Steak with decent. One night you may have a good meal next night it’s not so good. They have brunch here in the weekend good selection on breakfast item.

Terrible lunch yesterday. Cold coffee, tasteless chicken sandwich. No butter, mayo and served on white bread instead of the requested whole wheat. Won't be going there again. Very disappointed .
