Food wasn't that good. It was dry, rubbery and not the quality we are used to. Also the service was very slow

Waited 3 hours for a food to show up and they said and they ignored all my calls for updates about my order

After reading newest reviews l decided to give this restaurant after a 3 year hiatus. There was alot of cars in the parking lot, l figured that was a good sign. The food was fantastic, it has really improved. The sauce on the ginger beef and sesame chicken were really flavorful. The beef was so tender in the beef and brocolli dish. We liked everything we tried and the price was only $24.95

No food on buffet. Not worth 30 bucks a person. Been several times and always the same. Not going back.

Comfortable seating. Price to quality ratio was superb. You cannot go wrong if you are looking for a bite to eat without breaking the bank. Good selection. Totally worth checking out.

I visited Soleilki Cold Lake multiple times in 2024 to catch up with friends. We agreed to go for a buffet and have more food options. Ice and her server consistently clear out used plates and refill drinks; we are well looked after. We love going to Soleilki because it has a dim sum, an ice cream mac1hine, and a chocolate fountain. During our visits, there were multiple times that the chocolate fountain was not working, and we were told that they were waiting for parts for the replacement of the motor, but that was a long time ago. There used to be dim sum and steamed buns every Friday and weekend, but they are now gone. The chocolate fountain was never fixed; even during our visit in December of 2024, it was still not working. Also, I noticed on our recent visit that there was no hot water from the faucet when we washed our hands in their washroom; the water was freezing. It is concerning that the price is that much to pay, but there is no dim sum, the ice cream machine is mostly not working and making a loud squeaky noise, and the chocolate fountain machine is not working, and it is literally a big metal on top of the table. This equipment sets Soleilki apart from other restaurants in the Lakeland area, and the new management is slowly removing it. I do not like the idea of this being the new management Soleilki refers to in their take-out menu inserts. Soleilki is not what it used to be when it was newly opened in Cold Lake. I hope they will keep the chocolate fountain, ice cream, dim sum and the way it used to be.
