I’ve attached a picture of what I ordered in the app vs what the label on the drink reads, as I believe it may have lead to the mistake I experienced in being it’s not specific.
I always replace the syrup with the sugar free alternative because I am low sugar for medical reasons. When I got my drink I took one sip and immediately knew that it had both the 3 pumps of regular syrup, and the three pumps of sugar free syrup, because it was disgustingly sweet.
Unfortunately I could not drink it.
I understand why this error would happen to a barista quickly making drinks, and why they would believe that it was meant to be a regular drink with an extra three pumps of sugar free syrup. Maybe the full order needs to be printed on the cup, or baristas need to read the full order on the screen to check for little things like this, and double check before handing it out the window. For someone that can’t consume large amounts of sugar, if I were to have just trusted the workers and drank it anyways it would have made me very sick. I come here because I’m able to have sugar free options, the downside being it’s for a luxury price. For a $6 drink this needs to be addressed.
Otherwise I love this Starbucks location. Everyone is super friendly. I just always have to double check that the drink is made sugar free.

I was shocked and disappointed by the service I received. I politely asked for a cup of water and offered to pay, but instead of accommodating my request, the staff at Brasita responded with a rude attitude, stating that they don't serve water in cups. Their behavior was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. A simple request for water should not be met with such rudeness.

Some of the prices are pretty high. Even for the average cost. But that would be a franchise thing. It's always exactly what I order. Also, honestly for those of us that don't keep up with the current lingo of Starbucks connoisseurs. Maybe it should have it's own official language like Starbuckians that speak Starbuckonese. Or something, lol. I think that the ordering menu using Uber etc should include auto links to the definitions of what things are. Like LS (A long shot?) I had to look that up, etc.

I hate giving Starbucks such a bad review because I love it there(recommend even thought it is expensive💰) but I have to because I ordered a ICED oat chia latte 1/2 sweet with whipped cream. I got a pupkin spice latte(not iced) with no whipped cream and when I told them they got the order wrong they didn't do anything. Some one help😶😬

This place is a hack , I ordered a Venti Cappuccino and got just half a cup . The rest of the items are good like the brownie, the sausage and bacon wrap , and sandwich. This experience of half a cup of coffee puts a damper on your experience. I thought idd pay more and get a better experience than tims . He'll no . I think I rather make my own , high time , can't even get a cup 😒

The staff and atmosphere are the winners here ? So sweet, always ask me how I’m doing, and it’s just a sweet little spot to do homework or meet a friend. Thanks for being exceptional! I’ll always consider Starbucks coffee as meh, but I love coming back for the friendly folks and it’s the only place in Cold Lake that has okay coffee haha

I ordered on the app and needed to pick up an extra drink so I went to the til to order. There were only a few customers inside. I had 3 drinks in total. First drink comes up, my name is called so I go to the counter and pick it up. One of the three workers literally yells at me “that is not your drink.” Now I know it is my drink as I checked the name to verify and it is one I ordered from the app. Before I can respond he yells again, “hey! That is not your drink.” I then respond, “yes, it is! I checked the name and I told him my drinks. At this time there are more customers in the store and they are all staring at me! I felt so uncomfortable. I checked for a manager but I wondered if they even address things like this. Customer service is being swallowed up in this age. Maybe its a sign to dump over priced drinks.
