What awful morning staff. Was there 650. Google says opens at 7 Thr staff kept shaking thier head at me and wouldn’t even open the window to talk to me when I was trying to ask when they open and why they aren’t open. They treated me like I was a criminal and were rude with their gestures and appearance. I left. And went to Tim Hortons next-door. I suggest everyone else does the same.

I’ve attached a picture of what I ordered in the app vs what the label on the drink reads, as I believe it may have lead to the mistake I experienced in being it’s not specific.

I always replace the syrup with the sugar free alternative because I am low sugar for medical reasons. When I got my drink I took one sip and immediately knew that it had both the 3 pumps of regular syrup, and the three pumps of sugar free syrup, because it was disgustingly sweet.

Unfortunately I could not drink it.

I understand why this error would happen to a barista quickly making drinks, and why they would believe that it was meant to be a regular drink with an extra three pumps of sugar free syrup. Maybe the full order needs to be printed on the cup, or baristas need to read the full order on the screen to check for little things like this, and double check before handing it out the window. For someone that can’t consume large amounts of sugar, if I were to have just trusted the workers and drank it anyways it would have made me very sick. I come here because I’m able to have sugar free options, the downside being it’s for a luxury price. For a $6 drink this needs to be addressed.

Otherwise I love this Starbucks location. Everyone is super friendly. I just always have to double check that the drink is made sugar free.

I was shocked and disappointed by the service I received. I politely asked for a cup of water and offered to pay, but instead of accommodating my request, the staff at Brasita responded with a rude attitude, stating that they don't serve water in cups.
Their behavior was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. A simple request for water should not be met with such rudeness.
