I recently visited this Subway location with my children, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The employee who assisted us seemed to struggle with English, which led to significant miscommunication. As a result, our subs were made incorrectly and i had to pay extra for the chips because he didn’t charge me for combos. He couldn’t understand what i was saying so at the end his coworker helped him out. While I understand language barriers can exist, it greatly impacted the quality of our order and overall satisfaction. I hope management can provide additional language support or training to ensure better communication and accuracy for all customers in the future, especially when families with specific orders are involved.

Kim gave us the best service I have had in a very long time. This man actually smiled and treated us like we mattered. Definitely coming back.to visit him

this place is disgusting ..filipino guy who is working here is extremely rude..dont know how to behave with paying customers..management should fire him…
For the 3rd time I've come to this establishment and they only have multi grain??? Like if they only serve one type let customers know before they enter the building they only serve one type of bread!

I asked the server for shredded cheese and the lady literally gave me next to nothing and I asked for more cheese and charged me for double....they don't deserve 5 stars after that service

It's exactly what you expect from a Subway in 2024.......As always look at the veggies before even bothering with ordering unless you like wilty lettuce or spinach and other various sad veggies .
And I laugh at the fact that 15% is the lowest tip option . Get real.

We usually do the online order from the Subway near Smittys but online ordering was down. We ordered from here for the first and last time. I choose extra on some toppings like pickles and extra sauce. My sub had 2 pickles on my sub and 5 black olives. My husband’s sub which I got all veggies on it was thinner than mine and had only lettuce 1 tomato, 3 pickles and thats it. I had to add mayo and mustard to the very dry sub and the bread itself was so old and dried out it was horrible. No wonder the subway chain is losing customers like crazy, next time go next door to Wendy’s.

the male employee was so nice and sweet. He greeted me with smile and was very polite to me. I know myself that I was quite bothersome and I asked for so many things (even asked for my sub to be grilled and whatnot) but he still managed to be patient with me. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Yesterday I ordered pick up through the app for two six inch subs, two bags of chips, two drinks and a pretzel. When I walked in they asked if I was for pickup, I said yes and they gave me my order.
When I went out to the car and started to empty everything into our cooler I realized that I only received one sub, and it wasn’t even a sub that was in our order. I had the drinks, chips and pretzel.
I went back in the a worker apologized saying she mixed them up, and was going to give me two subs that were left opened and looked mangled. I asked her to remake them for me politely (because I don’t know how long they had been sitting there opened, or if they were given to someone else by mistake).
She made one of the subs and proceeded to give it to me, when I said there was still a sub missing. I had to argue with her while she swore up and down she put two subs in the bag (even though when I initially came back in she was going to give me two mangled subs). She finally made the last one.
I’m really sorry but what was supposed to be a quick pick up on the way to the beach ended up being a whole ordeal and they dealt with customers that were there after me before me.
While waiting for the two workers to remake my subs, they kept starting and stopping, just leaving it there on the counter make other people’s subs. She also didn’t start the toaster to toast my sub, just put it inside (turned off) for a couple seconds then took it out. It was not busy, and there were only two other customers there at the time.
I was very polite and understanding but at the end it really did get frustrating. There was a serious lack of attention to what they were doing, and keeping focused on the customer in front of them.

I wish I could shout out the lady who was working through a rush alone tonight. We ordered online for pick up and even though she had a rush she managed to get our three subs made in a timely manner. She even went so far as to bring them out from behind the counter and meet us by the front of the store. Our subs were also made to perfection! Will definitely be returning to this location.

Great service, but the quality of the food isn’t as good as Cold Lake South’s subway. Today I ordered a steak and egg sandwich, and partway in I was stabbed in the cheek by a sharp bone. That could have ended a lot worse! I don’t think that this is safe at all.
