These guys are all over the place. Took three tries to make them understand my order and they still got it wrong. Bought donuts for the crew, asked about the app discount, felt like I was in India hunting for someone who speaks English. No luck. Paid full price. Every coffee comes out wrong too. Total gong show.

Went through to order one of the Peach Frozen Quenchers, the staff asked me unprompted if I wanted to remove the whipped topping. I said no, and they confirmed that I wanted the topping removed. I said no again and stated that I wanted the whipped topping. They confirmed again that I wanted no whipped topping, and I said no again, I want it made normal, no alterations, I want the topping. I arrived at the window and was handed the drink without any topping. Suggestion to the managers, train your staff not to suggest alterations without customer request and certainly train your staff not to make alterations that customers are fiercely resisting. 26 Aug 25: Ordered an ice cap and it arrived with a substantial amount of some powder poured overtop, no modifications were requested and I have no idea what this was, but it ruined the drink.

I’ve been to several Tim Hortons locations, but this one truly stands out. It's in a great, convenient location, which already makes it a go-to spot, but what really sets it apart is the consistently excellent service. The staff here are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Whether it’s the morning rush or later in the evening, they handle everything quickly and efficiently. I’m always impressed by how fast the service is, even during busy hours. One thing I’ve noticed, and really appreciate is that they always have a good variety of baked goods available, even in the evenings. That’s not something you see at every Tim Hortons; many locations tend to run low toward the end of the day, but not this one. It shows they’re well-managed and on top of things. The place is also very clean and well-maintained, which just adds to the overall positive experience. Whether you're grabbing a coffee on the go or staying for a quick bite, this Tim Hortons is definitely worth visiting. I highly recommend it.

I start my mornings here every day and it’s always a great experience. The staff is amazing; the girls are always smiling and friendly, even when it’s super busy. Drive-thru is quick and efficient, and they still get my order right every time; unlike other locations. This place is always busy, but the service and atmosphere make it worth it. Not Canadian-owned. Not Canadian staffed. Tim Hortons brand is no longer Canadian either. Can't sit and enjoy; 30m time limit. Food is frozen. Nothing fresh. Food isn't well stocked, they wait until the content is empty before starting to make more. Bathrooms are locked; staff ignore the customers waiting for them to unlock granting access.

Pathetic place dont waste your time. There is no care to make the food right and service was horrible. I paid for the food to be made right not whatever they feel like throwing out the window. Shouldn't have to go back 4 times to get a simple bagel toasted. Would have bin 5 if I didn't just throw it out.
