Excellent, friendly service, accurate order. Just had to wait at the till watching employees walk by dealing with drive through priority and be ignored or forgotten while they do this. Had to ask for someone to take my order.

Tired of being asked if I want this , that, or the other thing. Listen attentively and you will know what I want! And please train your staff to stir a coffee. They never taste the same, so I have my own spoon in my vehicle now to ensure adequate mix.

I really like this Tim Hortons. They are always super fast, and the donuts here are always fresh. I only took a star off because I wanted to make you aware that I cut myself off the back of your drive through debit machine. There is a small round piece on the back that when being handed and taken from me quickly dug into my hand. I also noticed the piece was rusty so perhaps it should be covered. Otherwise 10/10

Eh… another bad review for this one. Came here and bought their new $10 bowl meal. Asked for a cup of tap water with it. They said no. My only option was to buy a water bottle. Cheap. I already paid you $10 for a meal. You want me to pay for water? Lmao. Here is your 1 star. Well deserved.

Went to drive thru, told hem I have a breakfast offer on my phone app for 2 farmers breakfast wraps, when paying I was paying I forgot to scan my barcode, coz as all we know they need to rush coz od their delivery time. So, I told them to redo my order so i can scan my barcode. The drive thru personnel, was a lady from south east asia told me that it is not allowed coz the card did go thru. I work in the same industry before and in order to make your customers happy, you have at least try to give them a wow experience. I also know that they can refund the whole transaction and redo it. But I guess she is super lazy. So they said. Its a No No. Not sure if this is theyre protocol now. But, honestly. I am not happy. So hope you train you person well in terms like this. Like Kindly ask always for Tim hortons points barcode or Card.
