Such a wonderful experience way better than the cold lake south Tim Horton. Worth the little longer trip!

PLEASE!!!! Train your workers!!! That put the sugar and cream in to our coffees. Make it a priority that they listen and get the order right!!!! I got a coffee maker bc I was sick of them getting there orders wrong. All I ask is to get a good cup of coffee before I start work that’s all. For the ones that listen and get my order right thank you, you are greatly appreciated. I thought it made a difference what Timmy’s I went to in cold lake, but it Doesn't! the other ones, get there order wrong to. But ya

Employee handed me an ice cap that was tipped over and did not clean or replace the cup then spilt it into my vehicle and lied to my face about passing me a new cup. No apologies were offered. I am disgusted by the beyond poor customer service and will NOT be returning to this location since this company does not support their customers.
