I love Wendy's but this location has awful customer service. If you are a AMEX user, you can't use it. This drive-thru needs to be approached carefully due to the awkward entrance.

We had great service and max waited maybe less than 5 minutes for our food. The food was very good quality and delicious.
The food tastes like it's been sitting on a buffet for days. The burger was lukewarm, and the baked potato was so hard it was like it had been at least 3 times into the microwave. More than $4 for a pop is crazy for drive through, too.
Overall, there are better deals at fast food places in town, so I don't think I would recommend it. I like the Frostys and the multiple choices for sugar-free non caffeinated drinks. That is the only restaurant that offers these.

Don't bother increasing your size to large. Fries are small in large container and my large drink not even close to full. Waste of money. 17 bucks for this crap

Food was gross allways messed up my order âABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STAFF âstaff I left my phone there by mistake called them to see if they had it they said no I went to the store and asked did you guys find my phone one girl said no and I seen the manager there and asked them did you see my phone he said yes and the original girl that said no was trying to get my passcode after I explained to them what the phone looked like in perfect detail and even said if they wanted to hold it up to my face it would unlock she didnât wanna give it to me till I said I would have to get the police involved I eventually got my property back after arguing so again ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STAFF
