I love Wendy's but this location has awful customer service. If you are a AMEX user, you can't use it. This drive-thru needs to be approached carefully due to the awkward entrance.

Food is always fantastic. Spicy chicken is king. The service at every Wendy's is always some of the worst I've experienced across the board. It's gotten better over the last year, but still definitely room for improvement.
