The young lady working the counter could not have given any less of a care about my sub or communicating to even a minimal level.
May I have a large drink? *laughs* hands a medium No, I mean large. This is our large. ...no its not. Yes it is.
How about a lid? Your napkins straws and lids are completely empty. Hands over coffee lid. No, english wasnt a barrier.
From disregarding questions and immediately leaving while I navigated a completely empty napkin, straw and lid shelf this place really soured me. Whoever this girl is needs a lesson in customer service if she is going to choose that path.

Every table was dirty. There was nothing stocked and I watched the person working just deal with the till and money then walk over and touch the bread in the oven with out washing his hands or wearing gloves. Never stopping here again

Stopped in late almost at closing and it was fantastic. Not only was it delicious and made exactly as I wished, but the store was freshly renovated and was sooo comfortable and pleasant. Even the staff were personable and obviously happy with their work. Nice to see! Keep it up guys

The quality and customer service was subpar 9-12 months ago, but this Subway has turned it around! Gautam is an amazing sandwich artist, is friendly, polite, and genuinely cares about his customers. The recent renovations look amazing, and the quality of the food is exactly what I would expect from any Subway. Well done and keep on improving!
