Came in to grab a sub there was only one employee working, I waited for 20 minutes for the one employee to make an online order before she served me. She made 4 subs before trying to make my order then when she went to start my order she realized what I was ordering she said something that wasn’t English and continued to go and make 2 more foot longs. I walked out. Amidst the first 4 she looked at me said something and went into the back and made a phone call. I believe she was trying to get one of her other coworkers in to come help her. My theory is that it’s a family who works there there’s supposed to be more than 1 employee working during busy hrs but they clock in and leave just 1 employee to work.

We used this subway for a large group order. It was ready on time and they got the order right. We were able to pay and take the box of pre-ordered sandwiches away in a short time. It lives up to the brand expectations.

they didn't ask if my sister wanted her wrap toasted/grilled. they messed up my order 3 times..., they put little things that looked like hickory sticks on my sub, and peperonie meat when i asked specificaly for a vegitarian sub. My sister asked for extra bacon and they gave her quite a small peice.

I hate to give only two stars, but “Eat Fresh” just didn’t happen here so that’s definitely below average. Lettuce was browning, tomatoes were over-ripe, cucumbers were weird looking and partially frozen/soggy. We ordered three subs and they all got heated up one at a time. Not sure if that’s normal, but seems inefficient. The amount of toppings was very chincy. By the time we got to our friends place close by, I opened up the sub which wasn't labeled, and the toppings were so small we couldn’t figure out at first which footlong was the meatball and which was the cold cut combo. Very disappointing and left me feeling hungry after my own 6” oven roasted chicken sub.

Was making my sandwich, a line formed. All of a sudden the grill “isn’t working today” even though clearly the light was on and it was working fine. Corner cutting at its finest.
