We stopped quickly on our way through town and grabbed lunch to go. They were kind, quick, and the food was great. It was nice to see a reasonably priced family restaurant still thriving! Great service, staff, and food, highly recommended! ♡ PS: I ate half before I thought of taking the photo, servings are more than shown 😅
The day we were there, we had steak and spaghetti with meat sauce. The steak was definitely overcooked, probably because they were very thin pieces of steak, and the spaghetti and meat sauce was quite bland, no real flavor. It was a quiet holiday Monday, so the service was good. The owner himself served us. He was attentive to us. Very friendly.
Amazing fish and chips, and excellent customer service! The fish and chips were fresh with an very good batter and well seasoned. The portion size is also very generous! Worth the drive from Fernie! (The fish and chips are also not beer battered)
