Came in for lunch a few times. Really bad service 2 out of 3 times. The wait time to receive food is ridiculous. Items forgotten. No refill for water or coffee. Waited for 1.5 hours and the place wasn't busy at all.

They charged me for a extra beer I did not have. Intentional or acident? Not sure either way it makes you look dishonest or incompetent.

As a previous bar manager I would recommend to any bar that wants to be successful please hire staff that can at least fake a smile and try to be friendly to your customers even if they don't feel that way.The bar and the server will make money that way by having repeat customers that will tip the server because they make the experience enjoyable instead of feeling that you are Inconveniencing them just by being there and leaving after your first drink order and going to another business to spend the evening where the server seemed to genuinely appreciate our business
