Gas Bar is decent.Pizza Hut is awful. Never have any pizzas ready to go, especially at supper time - during hockey season.Gave it 3 tries and no more.

Ordered take away from here a few times. Haven't had any issues with our food. Staff are friendly, service has always been on par. Our goto order is the BBQ Chicken pizza, Veggie pizza on thin crust, and the Pesto Chicken pizza. Loads of toppings, always hot and fresh. Prices are decent and we usually have leftovers the kiddos enjoy!

Called over an hour before closing time to order and they closed early. Guess someone else wants money instead. Who closes early on a Friday on a long weekend? Will be calling head office to complain. Nothing but lazy workers!

What a disappointment !!! Went to crossfields Pizza Hut to order 4 pizzas were out of there regular crust and told us it would be stuffed crust .... went home and found they gave us thin crust gross!!! If they would of told us this we would of went else ware ...... Town of crossfield ask about the crust befor ordering or you will be disappointed !!!

Have had decent experiences in the past but lately it’s gone downhill. The past few times one pizza (Hawaiian specifically) has been really undercooked and when I called to inform them of this as it now seems to be a recurring problem they said all the pizzas are on a timing belt and since the Hawaiian has extra cheese it happens. I said perhaps it should be cooked longer if this is the case but they just said to ask them to cook it longer next time. While I understand mistakes happen it’s clear they didn’t care and were uninterested in rectifying the problem. Will not be ordering again as I can’t take the chance of this happening on busy nights for my family again. Very disappointed.

Understanding that it's an express Pizza Hut, meaning a full menu is not available - it's great. Staff is quick and friendly. A couple picnic tables outside to use when you're waiting (assuming its not -30!).Updated review Dec 2021 - seems to be a full menu Pizza Hut now! Still enjoy going when Im looking for that specific fix.
