Might be a nice location but subway wifi is always locked and it's really annoying as I don't have data out of town, using the wifi from Kal Tire to post this
This particular outlet doesn't seem focused on freshness.

This is a great subway. The food and customer service is always great!
Nice people, but do not really understand English, to many workers on the front line, not knowing what to do, hopefully it gets better :)

Service is very slow. There is usually only 1 person working at a time, even during busy times like dinner. Bread game is seriously lacking. Sometimes it seems as though the bread is hardly proofed at all, so the subs are very skinny and narrow. Other times they have no bread at all. Came in last Friday night at 7pm and all they had was flat bread. IF you must go here, give yourself an extra 30 minutes in case there is another customer in front of you.

Employees ar completely incompetent
Terrible service, no bread on a Friday at 7:30pm, and then wouldnt refund the money spent on the app to order the sandwiches they couldn’t make. The 2 young ladies decided closing the store early by 8pm was a better idea than offering other menu items since their friends were standing in the restaurant waiting for them to leave. We were also not offered any other options like flat bread which was still available, instead we were told that they can’t do anything so they are closing the store. Trying to speak with a manager is a waste of time. They only take your number to never call or rectify the problem, and apparently according to another worker only come in for about an hour a day at noon. Going through the app to try and get a refund is an even bigger waste of time. The only person there that seemed to have any common sense and tried to figure out a solution was Marilyn.
