Got my large London Fog Latte through drive thru. Only 1 tea bag and no vanilla. Just really milky not flavourful tea. Friendly enough service at window but poor execution of order.

Me and my family always go through highway 2 and it’s always a habit to pass by this Tim’s store. Crews are attentive, especially Nemu. He always greets customers with his positive attitude and perky smile and takes our orders politely and makes them fresh all the time

Stood there for 10 minutes with only one person in line in front of me lwhile the useless staff slowly walked around changing cream and milk and disappearing to the back. Decided to leave without ordering. Worst timmies out there.

Just got a medium cappuccino with 2 sugar, I took the cup and it was light, I told the worker there I ordered medium not small, she said with an attitude cappuccino is foam. So I just left the place to realize they didn't add sugar.
