This has to be by far the worst Tim Hortons in all of Alberta I really try not to stop at this place but when I do out of sheer necessity they cease to amaze me about how horrible this place really is do not recommend this place

Tim's was good! Donuts looked fine, staff were kind, the guy in front was making jokes hahah ☺️ didn't see a mess... I think things have improved looking at the other reviews 🤣 and the drinks came fast too ☺️

Avoid this place if you can, the service is absolutely terrible. They prioritize drive thru and claim that you are trying to “steal” when they skip making your food.

Sorry to say that, if can i see -1 review then i will definitely give you that because your morning staff do not know how to speak and deal with customer’s order specially the guy who works on the grill area he’s so rude on me when I’m changing some stuff from order, he said whatever the offer comes it should be delivered as it as i ask him that I’m vegetarian so please modify my offer. Please give them some more training to your staff members.

very slow at drive through, just wast of time
food is mid compared to other tims, but this place is DIRTY. food all over the ground and
it’s clearly not cleaned regularly, and the staff be acting like they are all ex convicts ??
