We always stop here on our way home from Calgary ,infact I think my suv and truck don't know how to just drive past anymore !!! Staff is always good and friendly, food isn't always the greatest ,pizza has been less than desirable at times .The bathrooms are not the cleanest but ,with only one staff on doing stocking and customer service, I can't expect anything spectacular! They can only do so much and the customers don't help leaving things messy !The Timmy's seems to be hit and miss sadly as the store doesn't serve coffee ! So no Timmy's = No hot coffee !But lucky for me I'm a slushie and Monster Energy drinker :-)It will be nice when the 7 11 next door gets back up and running so you can get hot coffee regardless of the time .Keep up the good work you two ,as I look forward to seeing you soon !

Every time I come here I am disappointed. Staff are slow and can’t communicate with you effectively. They mumble and have no customer service skills. Usually out of “eggs” ready for wraps. Unbelievable! Almost every time I order the same delay. Customer service is dead in Tim Hortons. Time to look elsewhere for my needs.

These people have a real problem getting orders correct. 2x I have gotten to the truck and found that my order was not only wrong but short changed. I'm getting really sick of this!?

It has been a while since my first review. This place is disgusting dirty and the service is terrible. Just keep driving. Wait till you get to Red Deer.

Male staff member was yelling at another employee and making rude comments to customers. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

Fat white guy taking orders doesn’t greet customers if they are not white, shows attitude.

Asked for everything bagel toasted with butter and extra cream cheese, and not a pound of butter on top of my cream cheese. Tim Horton’s is going downhill

Don’t stop here if your in a hurry. 25 min to get through the drive threw. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.

Better Than

Worst Tim Hortons in Canada. 100% screw up rate on your order and they don’t care because they know you’re on the highway when you figure it out. Last time I was here they ran out of milk and bagels (10am). My last experience, out of chicken wraps and the drive through is an ice rink. A little ice melter goes along way to stop your car from sliding into the curb as the ice is so rutted by the drive through traffic. Never spend your money here or your time because the last thing this location is, is quick.
