Different experience this time. Not the same burrito portions and quality. My first time visiting I think it was the owner and she was great and made well portioned burritos. This time significantly less.

I’ve been to a lot of Mexican Food establishments like chronic taco Costa Vida Cafe Rio, Alberto's etc … I rate this place 1 star Staff is not trust worthy had issues with employee making tacos then leaving the room while I paid and then placing his fingers in my food after seeing I gave no TIP, the Tacos were already made he was pretending to add up something that wasn’t there while placing fingers into my food? I had basic tacos without any added extras like guacamole so he had no reason to place his fingers anywhere near the food after it was made. Every 6 tacos he made he placed his fingers in. Very strange behaviour which if you’ve been around food industry you see things employees do to people’s food if they don’t like them. Me not giving TIP might have caused that. Sad you can’t trust people even right in-front of you serving you food? It being a TIP Motivated Establishment. I don’t like fast food having TIP options cause money causes problems employees think they deserve tips it’s like having TIP option at McDonald’s just bad idea. There are some food portions that you don’t get good value. Don’t order Fish or Shrimp definitely not what I recommend.
Cons 1. Fish portions so so so extremely small 2. Shrimp also very small lightly battered and aren’t cleaned out 3. Churro very small portion 4. Service Super SLOW 5. Employees are TIPS Motivated personally I found establishments that have tip options have employees that watch tips closely and you can imagine how money starts to play on employees that think they deserve tips for doing basic no brainer job. I don’t believe in tips at fast food establishments can you imagine if McDonalds had a TIP Option. Everywhere you look your money is getting drained sometimes with guilt. 6. Management promised to look into portion size issue never got back to me about it and I saw other peoples orders same issue.No changes made. 7. Employee trust is low as I found him placing his fingers into each one of my 6 tacos after I didn’t give a tip. He went out of room came back and didn’t change gloves just started placing fingers into the food that was just made. I contacted Management to look into matter and check video. Will see what they say or if they get back to me on this issue. I believe the Trust I had for this place is GONE Completly!
Pros 1. Extreme Fries good 2. Burritos are good for most part the ingredients are fresh 3. Bowls are good

The manager that was closing on June 15th should probably take some courses in customer service and how to treat people especially as a manager. 20 minutes before close walked in and was met with an insane amount of attitude by the manager on duty.. I'm assuming it's because I came in so close to closing time. I wasn't aware of the time and apologized but was met with hostility. She initially told me that there were only a few things left that they could make me and when I asked what they were she wouldn't even tell me... just stared at me and pointed at the trays. The guy on the line was very kind and helpful and is the only reason why this review is getting more than 1 star. If you don't want people to come into your business while open because your perception is that it's too late, maybe you should reconsider your hours of operation.

Very slow service, if there is just one person ahead of you your looking at 20 minutes before you leave. If I see anyone inside I just go next door to Edo. Food is mid at best and they ask you for a tip. I mean come on

I came by after a day of work ready and hungry for some food and it was super busy in the store so it took a while to actually been helped out. I love the style of the store it is super good lots of choices and the food is very scrumptious. The other thing is it’s pretty expensive but if your not scared to spend money on things that are good than it’s a good place. I’m only giving 4 starts cause it took a while to get my food but that’s ok. Thank you for the good food!

Food was decent, not a huge ton of flavor but ok. I was very disappointed at the conduct of the on site manager, it was quite busy and a new location, instead of helping or guiding the young workers, she stood there and watched them, definitely monitoring, which is ok, but not during a rush and not when you see your staff being flustered, not once did she offer to help and nor did she offer the staff any guidance! Poorly done barBuritto Devon! Thank you to the young man who made our food well and held his cool although he was clearly upset!
