Restaurant is nearly empty. We waited at the entrance for seating for 2. No one else waiting. We were asked to wait an additional 15-20 mins before being seated as their kitchen is unable to keep up with more than 3 tables at a time! What a joke

Ordered take out.The baked lasagna was terrible next to no meat sauce at all plus next to no cheese just a dry lump of noodles.Maybe it's time to get a better cook.Threw most of the meal out never again Florida Pizza knows how to bake lasagna.And what do you get from the owner some generic reply that everyone that leaves a review gets.

I can't comment on their other culinary delights, but don't waste your money on franchise pizza, there are far better takeout options around town . Our pepperoni and ham takeout was bland, with barely a smear of sauce and cheese that had a texture of soft plastic. When we opened the box it looked like one of those old dried out display pizzas you see in shops on your travels . Sorry Boston , won't be back.

I decided to order a take out pizza. The girl that took my order was absolutely delightful to deal with. She was friendly, had a pleasant smile, and yet was very professional. I ordered my pizza, but asked for no mushrooms. She repeated my order, so I know I asked for no mushrooms. She said the order would be ready in 20 minutes, and it was. I was so impressed at the service!! It was making my whole evening!
But … when I got home I realized there were mushrooms on my pizza, and not just a little, but enough to make me gag. Plus, the only place there was pizza sauce was at the top of the pizza. It was sooo dry. It was just about as bad as a frozen pizza from the grocery store, except it was more expensive.

We came in for $10 individual pizzas and they were delicious!!!! We had Bourbon BBQ Chicken, Hawaiian, Boston Royal and the Great White North. All of them were hot and cheesy and delicious! The kids had the chicken strips and the cheeseburger, both with fries. Everything was very tasty and hot. We got the cookie for dessert and it disappeared very quickly. A great dinner for a family with kids and very affordable with the 10 dollar pizza promotion!! We will be back tomorrow!🤣

Food took a very long time. When I asked about the wait my waitress gave me attitude and asked if can see that it’s busy. Never offered an apology or an explanation for the food taking so long when it did show up. A little respect goes a long way. I understand the kitchen can get slammed it’s all about how you handle it.

My daughter and I went out to this Boston Pizza a few days ago, and although the food was good, the service was absolutely awful. Our waitress (We think her name was Jen) hardly ever stopped at our table even though the restaurant was basically empty. It took forever for us to get our food, and we were rushed throughout our entire meal. She didn’t ask us how the food was, and brought over the bill even though we still wanted to order more. We had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to pay our bill and go, and she was in a rush to go to nowhere? We’ve only been to this location twice, and both times we got her. Surprise surprise, both times were just as bad. I don’t think we’ll consider coming back, which really sucks because it’s the closest to where we live.
