Drive thru takes way too long. The first thing they say on the intercom without even seeming to be busy is " GIVE ME A MINUTE " making us wait 15 plus minutes. To get to the window to see them just walking around with 2-3 people Max.

RANT! Absolutely horrible! I will NEVER go to this establishment ever again! I went INSIDE to order my food and waited over 10 minutes to not even get acknowledged, even though they looked at me multiple times. at me several times not a hey I’ll in with you in a second. Or anything . I find the place extremely racist and then some… Had no problems taking orders for there own race, but a white woman coming in and making an order I got side swiped and purposely ignored

The guy microwaved my hamburger. I asked him if they always do that. He said they do. I asked if all dairy Queen's do that. He said they do. The thing is I work with a guy who managed a Dairy Queen for the last 10 years. They do not microwave their hamburgers. So he lied to me and they are lazy and the food is nasty. Stay away! I can't stand being lied to. Just tell me you're too freaking lazy to make a new burger.

Very disappointed with serving sizes. I had a peanut buster parfait. I should have had a sundae I might have had more ice cream with topping. We alerted them we had coupons of 2 for 1, maybe that was a mistake

We came in for a "LAST" Sunday treat for our 14 year old husky before she crossed the rainbow bridge ? the drive thru worker gave it to her on the house and even gave her double toppings! Thank you so being so kind and thoughtful
