A lady who appeared to be a supervisor or manager under name (NIERIE) was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain my order issue. She didn’t listen to me and made the experience unpleasant. On top of that, the coffee I received was cold, which made things worse. I usually expect better service and quality from McDonald’s, but this visit was unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues.”

This location gets my order wrong 95% of the time. I always order the same thing at every mcdonalds, but for some reason, this location has only got it correct once in the past 2 yrs. I also always order at the till with an actual human, so it isn't an incorrect input on the self serve kiosk, it was entered correctly (but the kitchen can't seem to do it correctly). I cannot make my order at the kiosk as I have allergies and the system has limitations with how you order....
Please revisit your menus with the staff as this was expensive to throw away

Always a good experience ordering here. It’s a young team but they are very polite and always learning and and improving. Zack in particular has been incredibly kind and helpful at the drive thru and is quick to solve any issues that arise. Even with the typical issues that arise from fast food (order accuracy, mobile payment, wait times) everyone there responds with the customer in mind and I have never had a poor interaction. It’s also great to see a place willing to employ the young generation in this town and train them well.

I went in earlier today and sat down and started eating, one of the workers approached me and asked me to fill out a survey they helped me with the entire thing. I came back with friends later at night and she said I can do this survey multiple times for a free drink and a free medium fries. A great restaurant and would definitely go there.
