I'm not sure about the experience others have had in the past but... I'm pretty sure I've seen records broken here in order completion speed.. 100% accuracy for me so far.. And then everything being very hot and fresh at the same time.... To me this McDonald's seems like a well oiled machine. Maybe even a contender for one of the best managed / team.. I'll have to visit even more often to see if this is consistent.

McDonald's is probably the most consistent fast food joint. You always know what to expect. They did however mess up my order which I didn't realize until I was 10 minutes down the road and couldn't be bothered to go back... 😢I really wanted that McChicken.

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Location is very clean. Parking lot can be a bit of a challenge. Be careful going to the drive-thru
Great fresh breakfast the best . The rest not so much for my liking as to the bugera and nuggets

A lady who appeared to be a supervisor or manager under name (NIERIE) was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain my order issue. She didn’t listen to me and made the experience unpleasant. On top of that, the coffee I received was cold, which made things worse. I usually expect better service and quality from McDonald’s, but this visit was unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues.”

This location gets my order wrong 95% of the time. I always order the same thing at every mcdonalds, but for some reason, this location has only got it correct once in the past 2 yrs. I also always order at the till with an actual human, so it isn't an incorrect input on the self serve kiosk, it was entered correctly (but the kitchen can't seem to do it correctly). I cannot make my order at the kiosk as I have allergies and the system has limitations with how you order....
Please revisit your menus with the staff as this was expensive to throw away
