I'm not sure about the experience others have had in the past but... I'm pretty sure I've seen records broken here in order completion speed.. 100% accuracy for me so far.. And then everything being very hot and fresh at the same time.... To me this McDonald's seems like a well oiled machine. Maybe even a contender for one of the best managed / team.. I'll have to visit even more often to see if this is consistent.
McDonald's is probably the most consistent fast food joint. You always know what to expect. They did however mess up my order which I didn't realize until I was 10 minutes down the road and couldn't be bothered to go back... 😢I really wanted that McChicken.
Always a good experience ordering here. It’s a young team but they are very polite and always learning and and improving. Zack in particular has been incredibly kind and helpful at the drive thru and is quick to solve any issues that arise. Even with the typical issues that arise from fast food (order accuracy, mobile payment, wait times) everyone there responds with the customer in mind and I have never had a poor interaction.
