Food was ok. Service was not! I called to place an order and was told that the 1/2 sandwich & soup was only on the kids menu. You'll see from the screen shot that it doesn't say kids menu & it is clearly listed under the heading for lunch. They were rude over the phone and in person when I went to pick up, telling me I should click on the pictures next time and telling someone 'What's the matter I'm still charging you the price for the kids anyway ' is not respectful! It's not about the price it's about being respectful, if you're going to work in the service industry!

We have never eaten at Norma Dee's. We live in Edmonton- near WEM- and we were at Pigeon Lake for the weekend. We wanted to try somewhere new, that was located on the way home and Norma Dee's Kitchen fit that description!
EXCELLENT food & coffee! My husband had the breakfast special ( a great deal at $12.50). I've never had Eggs Benny on waffles- so good!

The husband and I wanted to check out some small town eats for our Remembrance Day, Norma Dee's was at the top of my search list and I'm glad we made the drive out to check them out. Our eggs were perfectly cooked, the hashbrowns were perfectly fried and so soft, the meat was well done and not too salty and the service was really great! It has the small town atmosphere I love and the ladies who worked there were the cherry on top. You could tell they genuinely love their jobs and it reflects in the amazing food and service. Thank you for a great experience!

Old time diner feel. Busy with very capable staff. I tried the chicken waffle Benny which was good, but not my style. In the end, I think a waffle should be sweet and Eggs Benny should be savory but it was worth a try. Looking forward to going back and trying something more traditional.

Was in Devon visiting friends and they suggested here. The service was amazing, I drink a ton of coffee and my cup was ALWAYS full! It's hard to get that type of service and the restaurant was fairly busy. Our food was good, zero complaints from our party of 4, it reminded me of going out to eat with my grandma at the local diner when I was younger. Would absolutely stop here again.
