Our first encounter with a staff member named Joren wasn’t great. He seemed rushed even though the place wasn’t busy. At first, we understood, but after several visits, it was the same every time—even when we were the only customers. We later noticed he often plays on his phone and seems distracted. His tone and attitude fall short of basic customer service. I hope management addresses this issue, as it’s affecting the restaurant’s reputation.
Busy location just off the highway. Service was fast considering how busy it was, but not much room to sit and only one bathroom for each gender, there was a line for it almost the whole time I was in there.
