I frequent A&W so a mozza burger is absolutely my favorite but there are many close seconds. I like that you can get fries, you can get yam fries as well you can get options onion rings. I love NW now just as much as I loved it when I was a child.

I ordered a burger with cheese at A&W, but when I started eating it, I realized there was no cheese in it. I informed the staff, and instead of replacing the burger, they just added cheese to the one I had already started eating. I didn’t feel that was the right way to fix the issue. Eventually, I had to pay again to order another burger properly. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope the team can be more careful with orders in the future.

The store was clean. I ordered three combo sets and one single item, and all three fries were cold in advance. When I said it was cold, the staff made it again.
Compared to other branches, the burger also had a less juicy, dry texture, and fewer vegetables.
The boy at the front desk was very rude while taking order, should learn to talk polite. No greetings at all.
