Food was okay!but i am very much dissappointed that the indian guy who prepared our burgers was not wearing any gloves at all!! You can literally see him just touching lettuce,cheese,patty while waiting in the counter..like how come they dont wear any gloves?its very unsanitary..,

Walk into the restaurant to order food. The first thing that happens is that I start sneezing immediately after entering. (There is a bad smell/odor inside.) Then I need to see the menu on the screen behind the counter (it doesn't make sense why it's behind the counter). The lady at the front on September 5th at 4:30 p.m. started staring at me and asked a couple of times, "*How can I help you?*" as she was rushing me to order quickly. While continuously staring at me, she had a very bad facial expression (🫤😠). I ordered food, and as she was making it (with NO gloves and hair covering), I noticed THAT food was sticking to the containers. I requested wet napkins to clean it, but she ignored my request and cleaned it herself with just dry napkins. She told me that it was "okay now." However, I quietly wrapped the containers with extra napkins and walked out. Did I enjoy my food? Of course, not - people like her have destroyed our f ood industry standards and hygiene ... food inspectors need to make surprise visits to pass them to have it operated in Canada.

We just visited Drumheller August 2, 2024 and I stop by and ordered burgers ? to go, not being racist but I saw the Indian guy in the burger section preparing burgers with NO gloves & then he touched his head. I report it to the cashier and complained why is the guy preparing food not wearing gloves and touching his head. ? the lady replied they wash their hands prior to prep food. This DQ should be reported because they are not hygienic at all. I live in America where every fastfood should wear gloves ? and hair covers as hygienic policy. Just sad that this location is nasty & don’t care about cleanliness.

What a gong show worst poutine I've seen in a long time person taking the order didn't understand how to take the order and rushed me would rather just make my own not only did the service suck they then spoke in their language about how unsatisfied I was I find that rude then gave free Sundays to the whole table beside me because they were all the same people should just go somewhere else in drum the only thing that will keep this place going is the fact it's a franchise if this was a mom and pop restaurant they would go under

We went for milkshakes, strawberry and vanilla, I know, how pedestrian, lol. We got those and some onion rings. The people in store were very nice and quick to serve us. The food was good, the place was clean, small, but had a seating area that was also clean. There was no drive-thru, but going in was a pleasant change of pace. The only thing I would say, is the small entrance area is hard ro navigate with a walker or wheelchair, and the first table inside is right as you come in, so a bit congested, but otherwise it was fine.
