I brought my teenage daughter and her friend for a special treat. We enjoyed every moment! They loved the decor and commented how lovely the music was. We loved the green tea and when the sushi boat came the girls were so excited - needed to snap photos to post right away! There was plenty to eat for the three of us. The staff went above and beyond, staying past close to make sure we were well taken care of, including a special dessert for the girls. I highly recommend this local restaurant. A lot of traditional Korean and Japanese dishes to try as well.
Kid-friendliness: The presentation, freshness and variety made the meal a wonderful experience for the young ladies.

Food was awesome. Server was very busy with little help. But, major issue! No runny water in both bathrooms to wash hands, pretty gross 😐. I had Wet Ones in my purse, but I'm sure not everyone is like myself.

The Sushi was extremely good and my friend said it was the best blue fin tuna he has had in Alberta. The rolls are very large and very filling. The service was a little slow, but the food makes up for it! Definitely worth going to if you're in Drumheller and craving sushi.

WOW! This is some of the best sushi we've ever had. We got a party tray and were very impressed! We came here tonight for dinner and from the moment we walked in the door we were greeted promptly and kindly. The decor is beautiful with their cherry blossom trees and wall hangings. The bathrooms were very clean. We had wonderful service and they were especially sweet with our one-year-old. The food came quickly and tasted very fresh. We were pleasantly surprised by the presentation as well; the tea light candle was a very nice touch! Our family will certainly be back.
Parking: Big parking lot, we didn't have any trouble finding a spot.
Kid-friendliness: The waitress brought out a cute little dinosaur cup for our daughter with a straw and we didn't even ask for it - very thoughtful! There was a little table near the kitchen where there were a few toys for her to play with too. Changing table in a unisex bathroom which is refreshing for dads to change their babies' diapers.
My boyfriend and I went here, and ordered several sashimi and a few rolls. The rolls were good but the sashimi was not. It tasted wayyy too fishy and old. Maybe was not cut or prepared well, or was old. I'm not certain, but definitely not like other sashimi I've had elsewhere. Would not order the sashimi here again. Service was great and staff very kind.

came right after they opened at 4:30, so we were dining in a mostly empty floor. takoyaki was THE BEST!!! enjoyed it immensely, sushi was good. i recommend black dragon roll, very nice flavor and texture. server was nice, the atmosphere was very fine-diningesque.

My daughter and I went for supper, the inside is low key, quaint and tidy but not flashy. But the food... wow! We had the garden salad, the tempura seafood assortment, the lava roll and the spicy tuna roll. Soooooo yummy, tender, fresh and delicious. When it first came out we thought there was no way we could eat that much... lol... we ate it all. Great friendly service, and likely the best Japanese cuisine we have ever had!!!
